If you’re not completely satisfied with your EveryLove date night box or lingerie, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.

Refunds: Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).
Exchanges: Exchanges ship free and are offered on items of equal value.
Currently, exchanges are available only for U.S. and Canadian orders.
Processing Time: Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Condition Requirements: Apparel and lingerie must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

If you purchased a curated EveryLove box, all items within the bundle must be returned together—partial refunds are not available.
