When will my first box ship?

Your welcome box will ship 2-3 business dates after your order is placed.

Will my first box be the one pictured on your product page?

No. Your welcome box will ship 2-3 business days after you order! Your welcome box will consist of our most popular date night box, Clair De Lune, an intimate hot stone massage date night.

You will then be added to our Bi-monthly (every 2 months) date night box shipping schedule!

Returns + Shipping

Returns Policy for Date Night Boxes

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds once the outer black bag that the box is shipped in has been opened. If this bag remains intact and you wish to return the box, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 

International Return Policy: 

Because of the added expense and time it takes to ship internationally, all international orders are final sale and not eligible for return. Any additional fees encountered during shipping (customs, duties, etc) are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return:

Send your return request to alexandkadi@everyloveintimates.com and include your name, email, and order number associated with your order. You (the customer) are responsible for return postage. We will send you a return label you may print and use. After your return label is printed and the package is received at our warehouse, return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping fees are not credited when making a return.

Defects/Damages & Mistakes:

If you receive a piece that is defective or damaged, please email us right away. We will take care of you :)

Return Policy

Any unworn and unwashed items in perfect, new condition, with an intact hygiene tag, can be returned for a refund to the original card within 7 days of the date your order was delivered. A return shipping fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Clearance/sale items are final sale and may not be returned. Items that are returned without tags or liners are not eligible for return and a refund will not be issued for these items.

Non-returnable items:

Items not in new / unworn condition will be rejected during the return inspection. If bought in a set, both pieces must be included with the return. We are unable to accept items where the hygiene tag has been removed.

**Any liners on the garment must remain on the garment or the item cannot be returned. **

Shipping

• EveryLove offers free shipping on all U.S. orders over $20. For orders under $20, shipping is calculated at checkout.

• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) of purchase.

• Orders placed over the weekends, or on holidays will be fulfilled on Monday or on the next business day.

• When your order ships, we will contact you with a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

• EveryLove is not responsible for change of address or packages lost or delayed in the mail system.

• You can reach out to us atalexandkadi@everyloveintimates.comwith any changes to your order, but we cannot promise that your request will be met due to fulfillment times.

• We currently ship internationally to Canada and the UK only. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location. International orders may be subject to custom fee, of which EveryLove is not responsible for. International orders are final sale.
